Dawson Tyler
Dawson founded Down East Preservation in 2015, fulfilling his dream of preserving and restoring the history he cares so deeply about. Today, Dawson is busier than ever continuing to build a growing team of construction and restoration specialists.

Down East Woodworks Manager
Joe joined the DEP team in August of 2020. He is true definition of a leader, as he teaches his team skills through the passion he has for his work. He leaves no detail incomplete and takes pride in his finished product while restoring historical elements of a structure.

Down East Properties Manager
Gary joined the Down East Preservation team in 2022 with a lifelong background in construction. His management skills are driven with a passion for doing it right – bringing projects to completion on time and on budget. His knowledge, experience, and talent lay the foundation for the custom homes built with Down East Properties.
